1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this Site or use our Services. By using the Site or applying for our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We require valid government-issued photo identification for age verification before any model begins working with us.

If you are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where the content or services offered would be illegal, you must not use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site and Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Services

MyBunnyCams provides webcam model management services, which may include but are not limited to: assistance with cam platform account setup and optimisation, personal coaching and performance training, privacy and safety measures including geo-blocking configuration and DMCA monitoring, multi-platform management across sites such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, BongaCams, CamSoda, and MyFreeCams, profile creation and optimisation, and ongoing strategic support.

The specific services provided to each model are agreed upon during the onboarding process and may vary based on individual needs and circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application to MyBunnyCams does not guarantee acceptance. We review all applications individually and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion. We limit our active roster to a maximum of 25 models to ensure quality of service. Acceptance is subject to availability, successful identity verification, and mutual agreement on working terms.

Upon acceptance, you will receive a detailed outline of the services we will provide, the commission structure, and any other relevant terms specific to your arrangement. This outline, together with these Terms, constitutes the complete agreement between you and MyBunnyCams.

4. Commission and Payments

MyBunnyCams earns revenue through a commission on earnings generated by models through the cam platforms we manage. The exact commission percentage is discussed and agreed upon during onboarding and is documented in writing. There are no upfront fees, joining fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.

Commission is calculated on gross platform earnings before any platform-side deductions. Payment processing is handled according to the schedule and method agreed upon during onboarding. We provide transparent records of all earnings and commissions, and you may request a detailed breakdown at any time.

You are solely responsible for your tax obligations arising from your earnings as a webcam model. MyBunnyCams does not provide tax advice, and we recommend consulting a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.

5. Your Obligations

As a model working with MyBunnyCams, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application and throughout our working relationship
• Comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of all cam platforms on which you operate
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not engage in any illegal activity through the cam platforms or in connection with our Services
• Communicate openly and promptly with your assigned coach and support team
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary strategies, training materials, or business information shared by MyBunnyCams
• Not misrepresent your relationship with MyBunnyCams to third parties

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time without penalty. MyBunnyCams does not enforce lock-in contracts or impose termination fees. If you wish to stop working with us, simply inform your coach or contact us at info@mybunnycams.com.

We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with any model immediately if we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that the model has violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, repeatedly failed to comply with platform guidelines, or behaved in a manner that is harmful to our agency, other models, or the reputation of MyBunnyCams.

Upon termination, any outstanding commissions owed will be settled according to the standard payment schedule. Your access to proprietary training materials and resources will be revoked, and any confidentiality obligations will survive termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyBunnyCams website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, illustrations, and software, is the property of MyBunnyCams or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of all content you create as a webcam model. MyBunnyCams does not claim any ownership rights over your streams, photos, videos, or any other content you produce. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use screenshots or anonymised performance data for internal training and marketing purposes, only with your explicit prior consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. 9. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site, Services, or any information contained therein.

Earnings figures mentioned on the Site, in our marketing materials, or during consultations are estimates based on historical performance data and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on numerous factors including but not limited to hours worked, platform selection, experience, audience engagement, and market conditions. Past performance of other models is not a guarantee of your future results.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or Services. We are not responsible for any downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyBunnyCams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall not exceed the total commissions paid by you to MyBunnyCams during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyBunnyCams, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, your content or conduct on cam platforms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation or the rights of any third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyBunnyCams is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body in our jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect active models, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any specific service agreements provided during onboarding, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyBunnyCams regarding the Site and Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
